This is going to be me very soon

This is going to be me fairly soon with plenty of unpacking to do once we get to our new home.
I wish we had movers to do all the work!

Monday we are picking up are U-haul packing it up with all of are stuff, then heading to my mom's house to give are dogs a proper washing and fill up the truck with any things I still have at her house. After that we will be on the road, moving from Long Beach, California to San Antonio, Texas about an 18-20 hour drive!
Once we are done unpacking I will probably not look as put together as her (or have as spiffy of a chair) but we I will be tired.

Gifts & Giveaways

Recently my wonderful prize that feels more like a luxurious gift arrived, which I won from the Able Grable Giveaway on Miss Matildas Blog. My package was full of vintage lovelies my favorite part would have to be the 1940's sparkly vintage hat which is to die for and I know I will be wearing it over and over. Once we get unpacked I will be taking pictures of my self with my new lovely items to share with y'all.

Able Grable is a wonderful new clothing line, right now they are offering this darling well constructed 1930's inspired polka dot dress. I am enthralled by the glorious detail on this dress especially the back as well as the high quality materials which this true to the time dress is made of.

Johnny, you kind soul you

After the Chicago premiere of Public Enemies, Johnny Depp along with fellow cast and crew members enjoyed dinner at Gibson's Steakhouse late that night. Johhny Depp who has mentioned before that "money is not the key to happiness" gave the waiter at Gibson's Steak House a $4,000 tip, even though the bill only came to $4,400.

"Because he had visited us before he calls me 'Mo' and I know exactly the way he likes to be treated. He may be one of the most famous actors in the world but he is a very 'humble guy' and a really cool dude," the waiter at Gibson's Steakhouse explained. "I have worked with a lot of stars like Sean Connery and Robert De Niro but Johnny Depp is my favorite He is a very soft spoken guy who is very charming and sweet -- when I wait for him he doesn't like to be too fussed over and is not in any way demanding."

You can read more about the story here.

Now on to the even more completely gratuitous photos of Mr. Depp as John Dillinger and his handsomely dressed Public Enemies co stars.
